It is an absolutely amazing property located in Costa Mujeres district close enough to the sea, beaches, and the ocean. The food is great and amazing. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the staff is amicable.

The beach location was great and we enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the best aspects was the delicious food at the restaurants, especially the gourmet options. Plus, the resort was well-maintained and clean.

The customer service was not up to par and there were unexpected additional costs that were not disclosed prior to arrival. The hot tub was not included and required an extra fee per day.

I appreciated the room, it was nicely decorated with 2 queen size beds and 1 sofa bed. The staff was very amiable and super, I stayed for 4 nights. Actually everything was superb, my next choice again in Cancun.

This hotel is located right by the beach, the view of the sea from the rooms is stunning. The place is perfect for relaxation, with great leisure facilities such as a pool, spa, and gym. The staff is very friendly and provide a remarkable service, they made our experience enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional with many options available.
